Bullitt Prize Winners

Free and Raven Borsey stand at the forefront of protecting and restoring what our ancestors fought to save. The twins unwavering dedication and spirit reflects the love and respect they hold for all living things. Earning the $100,000 Bullitt Prize wasn’t an easy feat, but it speaks to their commitment to rebuilding what was lost—a canoe, a family, and a purpose. This is a testament to the deep responsibility they share to the land and our communities.

Raven and Free are true leaders, reminding us all what it means to walk in harmony with our environment. As their journey continues, they teach us how to endure generational trauma, stand strong, and uplift Indigenous voices. Free and Raven are valued members of the Children Setting Sun team. Free is the Environmental Lead with the Setting Sun Institute Initiative, Plant’s series podcast, while Raven is the Senior Researcher for Sovereignty and Anthropology, working on his masters degree, and The Wayne Suttles Book. Our hands go up to you both!

Red Nation International Film Festival

Noelani Auguston attended Red Nation Film Festival  to screen “The Sound” as it was nominated for Best Live Action. We can’t thank the Red Nation Film Festival enough for this nomination. We have big dreams to produce films such as this -- with your support, we can do more.
